Duke Partnership for Service recently completed this years ChangeWorks competition. I built them a Drupal based web site that allowed Duke students to submit social entrepreneurship ideas, with images or videos. Any Duke student could register to vote on the ideas, and the top vote getting ideas were given a grant to make their idea reality.
